VOTTMI exists for the purpose of bringing believers into a vital genuine relationship with the Lord.  To see them grow up into Him in all things; become mature and fulfill their destiny and purpose. To train and release all five-fold governmental gifts to the Body of Christ (Ephesians 4:11-13)

    

1.   To build a local body or community of believers who are

 

a.  Actively and earnestly living and working out their own salvation (Philippians 2:12)

 

b.  Fulfilling the great commission by discipling those that have come into the Kingdom through evangelization (Matthew 28:19-20)

 

c.  Discovering and becoming active in their gifts and callings, and are thus fulfilling their divinely intended destinies (2 Timothy 1:6; 4:5)

 

 

2.   To provide an atmosphere in which every believer can become mature through relationship and instruction, enabling them to grow up into HIM in ALL THINGS (Ephesians 4:15)

 

 

3.   To raise up and instruct spiritual warriors who will not break rank (Joel 2:7,8)

 

 

4.   To raise up leaders in:

 

a.  Five-fold governmental ministry (Ephesians 4:11-12)

      b.  Body "ministry" (Romans 12:5-8; 1 Corinthians 12:1-11)

 

 

5.   To create and establish a "School of the Spirit" training center, with balanced "present truth" instructions and "whole" education; Instructing in both the Word and the Spirit (1 Thessalonians 1:5)

 

 

 

 

 

Gary and Traci are passionate to see the saints throughout equipped and edified into the image of Christ Jesus.  They impart vision that not only brings revelation, but also a powerful reality of the abiding anointing.  It is their desire for God's people to understand and experience the Power, Life, and Strength that comes from "the abiding" (Christ within - 1 Cor. 6:19; Col. 1:27; Gal. 2:20) therein bringing life and personal transformation which is the answer to the world today.

 

Gary has over 30 years experience as a prophet and functions as an apostle to build, guide, establish and govern in the most difficult of places.  The anointing on Gary's life is that of great strength and boldness.  He carries the anointing of a true master builder and reformer of the forgotten structural dimensions within the Kingdom (1 Cor. 3:10). 

 

Traci functions as an apostle with a strong prophetic anointing.  She is driven to impart, influence and train the saints into position to fulfill the great commission.  She ministers under a strong life changing anointing with passionate desire that flows from her to those around her, bringing them from being hearers only, to the "Doing" of God's Word (James 1:22).
